Terrain - Single track, berms, jumps, flow.

*Information is based off of certain routes at Bike Glendhu. You may choose to do different trails on the day, or talk to our guide about your abilities and desires for the day and they can customise for you.

DROP 3 - Minaret Station

Distance - 23km

Experience Level - Intermediate 🟦, Expert ⬥

Riding Style - Downhill

Terrain - Alpine track, forest, moderate exposure, flow.

*Southern Lakes Ultimate is not for beginners.

• Please dress ready to ride

• Mountain Bike. Full-Suspension is required. E-bikes are allowed.

• Rain/wind jacket

• Water bottle

• Helmets are mandatory

• Personal protection equipment if required (elbow pads, knee pads, gloves)

• Sunglasses

• Sunscreen

• Nothing can be left in the helicopter. Come ready to ride.

• GoPros and phones can be great to capture the day. Selfie sticks and drones are not allowed.

• Try and be as compact as you can. We provide everything else you need for the day so try to fit your items in a small backpack.

  If you do not have a bike and would like to rent, please let us know at the time of the booking and we can help you liaise with a rental store in Wanaka.
