GENERAL

Minimum passenger numbers may apply. All reservations must be reconfirmed by 2.00 pm the day prior. If weather conditions prevent us from flying, you may reschedule for the next available day, space permitting. Flight durations are indicative. Flight time and flight paths are at the discretion of Southern Lakes Helibike, subject to safety, pick-up locations and weather conditions.

PAYMENT

All prices are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST of 15%. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Alipay. Payment by direct bank transfer in NZD can also be arranged. Please note a 3% surcharge will apply to all credit card payments.

Single Drop & Private Helibike Charters

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all daily shared and private charter products.

Credit

Credit is only available to approved trade partners by prior arrangement. Where credit terms have been agreed, all invoices to be paid by the 20th of the month following the invoice. Cancellation fees, if any become the responsibility of the booking agent to collect.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you cancel you will be charged a cancellation charge based on a percentage of the total price of the booking as set out below:

Single Drop & Private Helibike Charters

• Cancellation advised before 2.00 pm the day prior to helibike booking: 0% (no cancellation charge)

• Cancellation made after 2.00 pmcancelled the day prior to helibike booking: 100% refund charge

• ‘No show’: 100% refund charge

Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled by Southern Lakes Helibike due to inclement weather, that cannot be rescheduled will be refunded.

If you cancel in circumstances where you are entitled to a refund of your deposit, payment of any refund to a credit card will incur an administration charge of 3% of the refund amount which will be deducted from the payment.

All transactions are conducted in NZD. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, at times there may be some variance in the amounts refunded compared to the amount initially charged. No liability is accepted for these variances or any subsequent credit card/bank charges relating to these transfers.

It is recommended that you have comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans.

Gift Vouchers

Valid 365 days from the time of purchase, gift vouchers are non-refundable.
